Good choice of tables. Service attentive and friendly. Food choices good and well presented in the new look menu. Drink choices appropriate and reasonably priced. Food on arrival was very enjoyable as were the wines. New range of great deserts. We shall visit this restaurant again and will recommend it to other people
Had a table booked to celebrate a birthday but 1 of the group had an accident and ended spending the afternoon in hospital so we had to cancel. The manager was extremely pleasant on the phone when we cancelled the table,and when we managed to get to the restaurant for a takeaway and was so helpful regarding our order. This was our first visit to this branch and we'll definitely visit again soon. Special thanks to the manager and chef.
Been a while since I’ve been into a Prezzo so went out for a dinner, the price was still as decent as I remembered and that was nice, the food was great and the atmosphere was nice went around 6:30pm and wasn’t to busy so could talk easily. Our server Oscar was a star very friendly and came round quickly getting us whatever we needed all in all it was a great experience and hope to have it continue like this
Food absolutely delicious. I go as often as I can and it’s my favourite restaurant. The service is very good, staff polite attentive and listen to what you say. I have given a well deserved five stars.
Visited on their blue Monday offer, where we had to queue at the door which is very understandable for the 99p offer we'd expect it to be very busy. Food took a bit to come out again, understandable for the day. We ended up having a lovely meal for very low price ( 4 of us paid around 30 ) and bless their staff for working hard the whole time. Some comments are just ruthless having no consideration about how everyone was working themselves off and there's so much they could do. Will come back definitely, on a quieter day
Came here for a Saturday lunch, the large restaurant was fairly quiet. A Good menu with lots of choice. The pizza was good. The dessert was amazing, Lemon meringue pie service here was efficient. Overall very impressed with my first visit to a Prezzo.
Evening was lovely, all courses and drinks came out at a reasonable time, food was good and enjoyed the savings from my app. Only thing I would comment on is that I would like to see a healthy option for dessert like a fruit salad or fruit skewers.
My booking hadn't gone through but we were warmly welcomed anyway. Very pleasant, helpful and friendly waiter plus good food and special offers on the menu. We don't live in the area but would definitely return if we were local.
